More about Carol

Carol Tsacoyeanes lives in Connecticut and is a proud mom of a son and a daughter and a Nana to three children.  Carol's "fur baby" is an energetic Irish Setter named Rosie.

Carol received her bachelor’s degree in physical education from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI, and a master’s degree in Wellness and Health Promotion Management from Springfield College in Springfield, MA. After 10+ years in the fitness and wellness field, Carol devoted her life to raising her children, volunteering and caring for others. Years later she returned to the workforce in sales positions for three companies but has since retired, most recently from Ruby Ribbon. She continues to teach water aerobics classes at a local gym.

In 2021, a book entitled Success in Any Season was published and includes a chapter Carol wrote called "Just Add Water" about navigating through tough times caring for others. Click on "my books" at the top of this page to learn more.

Carol enjoys family time, participating in all water activities, playing piano, hiking with Rosie and teaching aqua fitness. With her friendly, positive nature, Carol thrives on helping others and building relationships.

"I just add water. I swim, hop in the hot tub, walk on the beach, sit near a stream, or imagine one of these activities... It shifts my perspective back to positive every time." - Carol Tsacoyeanes
